How do I take CBD oil?

To begin your CBD journey, we recommend taking one or two drops daily, preferably at the same time each day; gradually increasing your intake until you find the right level for you.

To take a tincture, place the drops under your tongue and keep them there for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. We also recommend taking with food to increase CBD absorption and bioavailability. Furthermore, there is growing evidence that CBD builds up in the body over time and that cumulative dosing of CBD and repeated low-dose CBD treatment can have an effect.

 

What are the benefits of full-spectrum CBD?

Full-spectrum CBD contains more cannabis plant compounds (known as phytocannabinoids) than CBD isolate (a processed and heavily refined version of CBD). These cannabinoid compounds work in combination with each other in what researchers call the “entourage effect” – creating more potent effects and providing greater benefits to mind and body.

 

Will CBD oil get me high?

CBD is one of many compounds found in the cannabis and hemp plant. MCT oil is highly processed

More goes into making an MCT than you might imagine. Firstly, the oil must be refined, fractionated, deodorised and bleached to remove the traces of the original vegetable fats. This processing strips the liquid of any nutritional or beneficial properties – like vitamin A (helps the immune system) and beta-carotene (essential vitamin for cell growth). Conversely, MCT oil is almost entirely saturated fat – a fat type believed to increase inflammation.
