It is the questions we ask & the journey we take
Why should I take CBD oil?
We cannot make direct health claims about our products however people report that CBD products may provide relief from a variety of conditions including insomnia, depression, anxiety and inflammation. Others report that it helps with energy, productivity and focus.
How much CBD oil should I take?
We always recommend that you start with a low dose and work upwards until you find your ideal level. Our Self Care kit is designed with exactly that in mind. Use the journal to help you understand any changes you may feel.
Can I overdose on CBD oil?
A World Health Organization (W.H.O.) report concluded that CBD is ‘generally well-tolerated with a good safety profile’. You should refer to our doseage instructions below.
How will your products make me feel?
As everyone’s ECS is different, people respond to cannabinoids in different ways. Some people report finding that they sleep better, some find that they recover from strenuous exercise more quickly, some gain relief from various illnesses. Most, however, report a feeling of calmness and overall wellness. You might not notice a change immediately but instead over the course of a few weeks. Some people report not noticing a difference in how they feel at all until they stop taking it; and then they start taking it again. Our Entourage CBD Self-Care Trial Kit starter kit offers a great way to understand how CBD makes you feel and we are always happy to discuss your needs or answer any questions you may have. Please also see our Trust Pilot Reviews for more insight.
Can I get high from your products?
It is the THC in Marijuana that makes you high. Hemp has very low THC content, and you can see from our independent testing what our THC levels are in our products. The legal limit in the UK is 0.2% THC.
What does ‘broad spectrum’ mean?
There are over 100 canabinoids in the hemp plant, many of which have their own benefits and properties. Broad Spectrum contains several of these cannabinoids, however, Full Spectrum means you are getting the benefit of all these cannabinoids working in unison, not just CBD in isolation.
Can I use your oil in a diffuser?
Our oils are for ingestion only and must not be used in any other way.
Can I use your oil in a vape pen?
You should not use our oil in a vape pen.

Yes, we have obtained a license to grow hemp from the UK Home Office.
Is your hemp organic?
Our farm does not have organic status in accordance with the strict rules set out by the Soil Association, however no agriculture chemicals (pesticides or fungicides) are applied to our hemp crops.
How are your products Quality Assured? Our farm is certified by the British “Red Tractor Farm Assurance Scheme” which sets out rules and regulations in connection with the growing and handling of crops and produce. We also use our independent laboratory to test for toxicity and cannabinoid contents so that you can have complete confidence in all of our products. These test results are available on our website.
What is the best way to take your products?
For our oils, we recommend that you take our products sub-lingually (under the tongue) because there are plenty of capillaries under your tongue and in your mouth that allow efficient absorption into your bloodstream.
Regular dosing: Take 2 drops sub-lingually 3 times per day.
Micro-dosing: If you are taking more than 2 drops at a time, consider spreading your dose by having single drops with equal time periods in between. There is strong evidence that micro-dosing gives an improved saturation into the body. Another consideration is the fact that the body can use up Cannabinoids quickly so micro-dosing is a really useful way of keeping up a continuous flow of cannabanoids into your ECS.
How do I consume the last of your product at the bottom of the bottle?
When the pipette or atomiser runs out, then we suggest that you remove the top and poor a small quantity of the oil onto a spoon and then drink from the spoon.
Do your products contain thc?
Our products contain small amounts of THC however as you can see from our lab reports they are well below the permitted levels.
